Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engage with diverse customer needs, and contribute to building lasting relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming live chat inquiries from customers in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in live chat
