We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/customer Service Agent to join our team of passionate and dedicated professionals. As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers. Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
• Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver an exceptional support experience
• Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers
• Working with our modernized application technology to benefit our customers and you
• Handling inbound calls only, with no cold calling involved

Location Requirements:

* Must live in the United States

• Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings
• Must reside in one (1) of the following States: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming

Qualifications:

* Flexible to the needs of the business

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 18 years of age
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Equipment and Internet Requirements:

* Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)

• Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
• A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
• Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
• Desk and an ergonomic chair
