Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our night‑shift team. Working primarily between 10 pm and 6 am, you will be the friendly voice and trusted face for members, prospective members, and guests who visit our clubs during these hours. This role blends frontline hospitality, point‑of‑sale expertise, and a passion for fostering an inclusive, energizing atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly, using our approved scripts to provide clear, accurate information and to resolve inquiries.
  • Greet members and visitors as they arrive, conduct tours, and facilitate membership sign‑ups, ensuring every interaction reflects our Judgement‑Free philosophy.
  • Log usage of club amenities, track guest passes, and maintain up‑to‑date member records in our CRM system.
  • Respond to member questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely, professional manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process beverage and merchandise purchases via the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and membership‑linked transactions accurately.
  • Promote arenaflex’s signature fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to both existing members and new sign‑ups, highlighting benefits and class schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment during the overnight shift, performing routine cleaning, equipment checks, and safety audits.

  • Document shift activities, incidents, and member interactions in the nightly log to ensure a seamless handover to the day‑time staff.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred, though not mandatory).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems, email, and web‑based member portals.
  • Strong verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
  • Demonstrated reliability with flexible availability for the overnight schedule (4 am‑6 am Sunday, 10 pm‑6 am Monday‑Thursday).

  • Base pay: Starting at $12 per hour plus a $1 per hour overnight shift differential for all hours worked between 10 pm and 6 am.
