Job Summary

As an Experienced Entry-Level Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting members with inquiries, orders, and account support via phone, email, and chat. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to provide excellent service. Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with order tracking, refunds, and product information, ensuring that all queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

  • Provide support for membership sign-ups, renewals, and account troubleshooting, helping members to navigate our services and products.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding arenaflex's online and in-store services, providing accurate and timely information to meet our members' needs.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience for all arenaflex members, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy.
