Job Summary
We're seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Remote Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services, and assisting customers with booking reservations and managing their accounts. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about arenaflex products and services - Assist customers with booking reservations and managing their accounts - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
