We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Wholesale Sales Department as an Experienced Wholesale Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing data, providing exceptional customer assistance, and performing various administrative tasks to support the department's needs. Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Wholesale Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

Assist wholesale customers in placing orders, correcting billing errors, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.

Team Support:

Collaborate with other clerks in the wholesale sales department to ensure seamless operations and achieve departmental goals.

Customer Credits:

Issue customer credits accurately and on a timely basis, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Data Input:

Input retail prices for wholesale accounts, ad plans, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Ad Pricing:

Assist in inputting ad pricing for wholesale customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Commitments:

Place commitments to buyers as requested by wholesale customers, maintaining strong relationships and driving business growth.

Mail and Distribution:

Control mail and general information distribution to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in a wholesale or retail environment.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Skills:

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong organizational and time management skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities + Proficiency in data entry and software applications + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of wholesale customer service principles and practices.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
