Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Operating the register, handling cash transactions, and making purchase suggestions to customers
- Collaborating with the food program team to provide a seamless shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to meet our high standards for store appearance
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
- Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and offering solutions to meet their needs
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
- Thinking creatively to solve problems and offer innovative solutions
- Providing excellent customer care, communication, and friendly conversation to build strong relationships with customers
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
