Your Role as a Live Chat Agent

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers and potential buyers through our clients' Facebook and Instagram accounts, addressing their inquiries, providing support, and guiding them through their purchasing decisions. You'll work independently, managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle a variety of customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers and potential buyers through our clients' Facebook and Instagram accounts, addressing their inquiries, providing support, and guiding them through their purchasing decisions.

  • Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing solutions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Utilize Live Chat software to provide stellar customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

$35 per hour

Contract Length:

Enjoy the flexibility of a contract with no fixed term

Work Hours:

Choose your workload, with options ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

+ Possess a device with internet access to use social media and live chat features (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Demonstrate the ability to work independently, follow instructions meticulously, and manage your schedule effectively + Maintain a reliable internet connection and commit to at least 5 hours of availability per week

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work online from anywhere within the United States
