Responsibilities

As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Entering bills of lading into arenaflex's internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy
• Learning and retaining industry terms related to billing, including National Motor Freight Classification
• Communicating any paperwork issues to our Service Centers
• Performing all necessary audits as assigned
• Entering proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned
• Assisting Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing
• Assisting in identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing
• Reviewing weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Exceptional data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work late afternoons and evenings, as this is a 2nd shift position
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with our Service Centers and other teams
• A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
