Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer engagement through our cutting-edge software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat, using our intuitive software to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Engage with customers in real-time, building rapport and encouraging them to place orders.
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our sales managers to assign leads to customers, who will follow up via phone calls to convert leads into sales.
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, with access to a Q&A group and mentors to support your growth.

Key Responsibilities:
