Responsibilities

As a WFH Live Chat Customer Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via live chat, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate information
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex's products, services, and policies, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills, meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and providing feedback to improve our services and processes
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to ensure that our customers receive the most accurate and relevant information

Requirements

To be successful as a WFH Live Chat Customer Agent, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or virtual environment
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, including arenaflex's proprietary systems and tools
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment, free from distractions and interruptions
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a live chat or virtual environment, with a strong focus on customer service and resolution
  • Experience with arenaflex's proprietary systems and tools, including our CRM and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with social media and online communities, with a strong focus on customer engagement and support
