Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, processing loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home after completing a comprehensive training program.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our financial services

  • Process loan applications, including reviewing and verifying customer information, and making payment arrangements
  • Analyze and evaluate customer loan applications to determine eligibility and make recommendations for approval or denial
  • Follow up with customers to clarify important points and finalize loan details
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and loan applications
  • Stay up-to-date on lending and financial services regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet monthly individual goals and performance metrics as set by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of financial services regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Proficiency in cloud-based storage and software applications
  • Experience working with multiple software systems and databases
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
