Job Description:

As an Experienced Client Care Guide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via telephone, email, and online channels. You will work in a remote setting, telecommuting from the comfort of your own home, and will be expected to work an adaptable, part-time schedule that may begin and end beyond typical business hours. This position is 30-39 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Help clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, products, or service questions

  • Oversee both inbound and outbound calls
  • Proactively identify answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
  • Adopt a proactive approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish, or escalating to pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
  • Provide top-tier customer experience to our clients while working in a high-speed environment
  • Assist with responding to client requests in regard to their insurance and copays, as needed
  • Furnish our clients with specialized support while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
  • Serve clients promptly to ensure we are building a long-term relationship with them
  • View every interaction as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship with our clients

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and pharmaceuticals
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data entry and customer relationship management (CRM) software
