Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer registration, queue issuance, and appointment support.
- Verify and process customer documents.
- Assist with form completion and data entry.
- Support end-of-day transaction submission and reconciliation.
- Provide assistance with SingPass services and online sales portal usage.
- Handle general enquiries and provide frontline customer support.
