Key Responsibilities• Conduct thorough investigations and analysis to provide data-driven solutions to complex problems presented by partners across the organization• Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders and leadership, communicating findings and insights in a clear and concise manner• Design, distribute, and maintain self-service tools and dashboards that align with departmental objectives, enabling cross-functional partners to access data and identify key insights• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Design, to identify areas of opportunity, define and implement tracking designs for the toolset, and influence prioritization decisions with data• Mentor departmental colleagues on analysis best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data architectureEssential Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative and technically rigorous field, such as Analysis, Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field• 3+ years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably in business analysis, strategy, startup/tech, or advertising• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience• Strong technical proficiency, with demonstrated experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and impact overall strategyPreferred Qualifications• Experience with SQL/Eden, bolthires Cloud Platform, and Excel/bolthires Sheets• Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as bolthires Data Studio, Looker, or similar• Python/Git experience is a plus, but not requiredSkills and CompetenciesTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
