We thrive on agility, creativity, and impact—and we’re looking for a versatile Webflow Developer & Front-End Designer to join our energetic team. Role Overview: As a Webflow Developer & Front-End Designer embedded in a dynamic startup environment, you’ll be at the forefront of building and evolving web experiences that serve three unique business verticals under our parent company umbrella. Your primary focus will be crafting beautiful, intuitive websites and digital interfaces using Webflow, while also supporting backend app layer functionality, API integrations, SEO, and AI-driven experience optimization (AIEO). You will play a crucial role in ensuring our digital platforms are not only visually compelling but also secure, scalable, and aligned with health tech compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Webflow Development & Front-End Design:
- Lead the design and development of responsive, high-impact websites and landing pages across three business verticals using Webflow.
- Apply strong UI/UX design principles to create seamless, accessible, and engaging user experiences tailored to diverse audiences.
- Build custom interactions, animations, and CMS-driven content that reflect brand identity and user needs.
- Optimize website performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, design, and CX) to translate vision into digital reality.
App Layer Support & API Integration (Secondary):
- Provide hands-on support for the application layer connecting websites with internal systems and external services.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot API integrations to ensure smooth data exchange and system interoperability.
- Monitor API security, data integrity, and performance, particularly with sensitive health data.
- Partner with IT Support Specialist to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
SEO & Artificial Intelligence Experience Optimization (AIEO):
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to boost organic visibility and drive growth.
- Collaborate on AI-powered personalization and engagement tools, including chatbots and recommendation engines.
- Analyze user data and AI model performance to continuously optimize digital experiences and conversion rates.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating live projects and front-end design excellence.
- Deep expertise in web and front-end design, including UI/UX, responsive layouts, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the ability to implement custom code within Webflow.
- Hands-on experience with API integration and app layer troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI tools for experience optimization and personalization.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance requirements, especially as they relate to health tech and data security.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup culture with multiple priorities and verticals.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working across multiple business verticals or product lines in a startup setting.
- Familiarity with other CMS and/or e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.) a plus.
- Understanding of broader data privacy and security frameworks.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and data-driven design improvements.
