Job Description

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in connecting with our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service, resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, helping customers navigate our products and services while collaborating with our vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Use various communication channels to assist arenaflex customers, including phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Create resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to the relevant arenaflex departments when necessary
  • Collaborate with arenaflex vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer service
  • Keep up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies and be able to advise customers on their inquiries
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, with overtime as needed

Qualifications:

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

  • Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
  • Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
