Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity Compensation Administration (Remote)

About the Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Audit & Compliance
+ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans.
+ Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
* Transaction & Reporting
+ Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases.
+ Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations.
+ Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
* Stakeholder Support
+ Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
+ Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.
* Continuous Improvement
+ Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
+ Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
What We're Looking For
* Educational Requirements
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Experience
+ No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus.
+ Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.

+ Communication: Clear and effective communication skills.
+ Analytical Ability: Capable of conducting thorough data analysis and generating actionable insights.
