Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers
- Assisting customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
- Communicating with customers primarily through phone and email
- Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in using software tools and technology to navigate customer accounts and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
