Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling real-time chat conversations with customers via our web-based chat system
• Managing multiple conversations simultaneously using structured chat workflows
• Utilizing templates and saved replies to maintain efficiency while personalizing your tone
• Looking up customer information using our CRM tools
• Flagging and escalating complicated issues to the right departments
• Keeping notes for every interaction to ensure seamless follow-up

What You Don't Need

* A college degree

What You Do Need

* Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute

• Professional writing style with proper spelling and grammar
