Job Summary

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and marketing support to our customers and team members. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, responding to marketing mailers and emailers, and collaborating with our team to drive business growth. This is a part-time opportunity, requiring approximately 12-16 hours of consistent work per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls during designated hours (Monday through Friday, 6:45-8:45 PST) and provide exceptional customer service, adhering to our established script and guidelines.

  • Relay information to the office in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Handle marketing mailers and emailers to past, current, and potential customers, working independently to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with multiple team members, including customer service representatives, marketing specialists, and other stakeholders, to ensure clarity and alignment on projects and initiatives.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely responses and resolution of queries.
  • Utilize a reliable phone for call forwarding, with a phone stipend provided to cover usage during designated hours.

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse personality types.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including phone systems, email, and marketing software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a virtual or remote work environment.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation software and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Certification in customer service or marketing, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Marketing Professional (CMP).
