Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and their audiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, offering solutions and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with the coordination and execution of events by addressing customer needs and providing detailed information about our event marketing services and fundraising initiatives
  • Resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction by providing timely solutions and updates
  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer records, including processing registrations and assisting with event-related tasks as needed
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth event execution and customer satisfaction
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the team for continuous improvement

Requirements
