Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative at the Harrisburg Airport, you'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Providing superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
  • Offering additional customer assistance, including directions, maps, local area information, and service information
  • Answering incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and providing information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors
  • Placing outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Assisting with the assessment of rental vehicle condition upon return
  • Notifying management of any known customer or vehicle problems
  • Continuously building knowledge and skills through on-the-job training, development opportunities, and company-sponsored classroom training

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the future
  • A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your driving record in the past 3 years
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

  • A shift differential of $17 per hour between the hours of 6:00pm-3:00am
