Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Associate to join our arenaflex Subway Restaurant Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle cash transactions, including operating a Point of Sale system and providing change to customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including cleaning interior and exterior areas, disposing of trash, and restocking shelves
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Follow arenaflex policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State laws
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work an assigned schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
