A Typical Day as a Data Entry Experienced Associate
As a Data Entry Experienced Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving Challenging Calls: Receive calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and assist with troubleshooting customer concerns.
- Verifying Data and Information: Verify data and information using a verification process to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Addressing Customer Questions: Display exceptional customer service skills and address customer questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Documenting Customer Concerns and Solutions: Document both customer concerns and solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meeting or Exceeding Managed Metrics: Meet or exceed all managed metrics, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ambitious Customer-Focused Individual: Be an ambitious and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in Call Center, Sales, or Leadership: Have one year of experience in a call center, sales, or leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong Computer Skills: Possess strong computer skills, with dual monitor experience preferred.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Ability to Handle High Call Volumes: Be able to handle high call volumes, at times, while adhering to scheduled breaks and lunches in accordance with business needs.
- Quiet and Private Work Environment: Work from home with internet in a quiet area, with your computer connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
