A Typical Day as a Data Entry Experienced Associate:
As a Data Entry Experienced Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, including:
Receiving Challenging Calls:
Transfer calls from Tier 1 agents and work with customers to resolve their concerns.
Assisting and Troubleshooting:
Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer issues and provide exceptional service.
Verifying Data and Information:
Use a verification process to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data.
Documenting Customer Concerns and Solutions:
Record customer interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Meeting or Exceeding Managed Metrics:
Work to meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:

One Year of Call Center, Sales, or Leadership Experience:
We're looking for individuals with a strong background in customer service, sales, or leadership.
Strong Computer Skills:
You'll need to have excellent computer skills, including dual monitor experience.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills:
You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Problem-Solving Skills:
You'll need to be able to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to Handle High Call Volumes:
You'll need to be able to handle high call volumes, while adhering to scheduled breaks and lunches.
Quiet and Private Workspace:
You'll need to have a quiet and private workspace, with a reliable internet connection.
