Responsibilities

As a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer and technical support for our display products through incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests.
  • Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Gathering and resolving Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and effective support.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A basic understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac).
  • Ability to manage time and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred.
  • A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with CRM software and customer support platforms.
  • Knowledge of display technology and related products.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard diagnostic tools and software.
