Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer and technical support for our display products through incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests.
- Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Gathering and resolving Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and effective support.
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A basic understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac).
- Ability to manage time and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred.
