Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry / 10-Key Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and scanning documents to convert hard copies to electronic images
• Meeting production goals, with a minimum of 120 to 150 files per day
• Inputting a large volume of data into the system accurately while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines
• Working in a warehouse environment that is not consistently climate controlled
• Standing for several hours and lifting boxes weighing up to 80-90 pounds
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements and Competencies

To succeed as a Data Entry / 10-Key Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

• 10-key proficiency and experience
• English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Physical requirements and environment: ability to stand for several hours, lift boxes weighing up to 80-90 pounds, work in a warehouse environment that is not consistently climate controlled
• Medical records experience is preferred, though not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Previous experience in data entry or a related field
• Knowledge of medical records or a related field
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
