Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet their needs
- Providing in-depth information about arenaflex's products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of arenaflex's evolving products and services
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick learning curve and a willingness to take on new challenges
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Meet the basic qualifications outlined above
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
