Experienced Data Entry Technician – Remote Customs Brokerage Position

We're now seeking an experienced Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team on a part-time basis, working remotely from the United States.
About the Role
As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our customs declarations. You'll work closely with our team to transpose customs declaration information from documents into our operating system, verify documents for compliance, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Understand and identify customs documentation
- Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
- Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
- Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
Qualifications
* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
- Effective interpersonal skills, including:
+ Proven ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing + Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient computer skills, including:
+ Solid data entry with high accuracy rate + Email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
- Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
