Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers, and ensuring their shopping experience is nothing short of outstanding. You'll be responsible for greeting customers, assisting them with merchandise selection, completing transactions, and answering questions about our store and products. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment, ensuring customers have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Assist with unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
  • Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, ensuring accurate inventory levels and a seamless shopping experience.
  • Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Remain constantly aware of customer activity, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment at all times.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.

Position Requirements

* Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.

  • Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
