Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Arlington, TX or San Francisco, CA (hybrid options available). As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers: You'll be the go-to person for all customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills will ensure that our customers feel valued and supported.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process: You'll work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure that new customers are set up for success. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner will make all the difference.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities: With your analytical mindset and ability to identify upsell opportunities, you'll be able to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Track and manage customer renewals: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers renew their contracts and continue to grow with us.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback: Your ability to gather and analyze customer feedback will help us identify areas for improvement and drive growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams: You'll work closely with our sales and product teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Willing to travel and participate in system installations: As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be required to travel to customer sites and participate in system installations.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Customer Success, Support, or Sales roles. If you have:

5+ years of experience

in Customer Success, Support, or Sales

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills: You'll be able to build strong relationships with our customers and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical mindset: You'll be able to identify upsell opportunities and analyze customer feedback to drive growth.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy: You'll be able to understand our customers' needs and provide exceptional support.
  • Proficiency with CRM software: You'll be able to use our CRM software to manage customer interactions and track renewals.
  • Passion for technology: You'll be excited about the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Vision AI technology and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Interest in the supply chain/fulfillment industry: You'll be able to understand the complexities of the supply chain and fulfillment industry and provide expert advice to our customers.
