Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch service to every customer who walks through our doors. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied
  • Cross-selling items to complement the customer's purchase and highlighting current marketing promotions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping
  • Stocking shelves and coolers and assisting with receiving deliveries to the store
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

* A can-do attitude and customer service-driven personality

  • 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
