Job Summary
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers through live chat on Shopify stores and social media accounts. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and offer personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Work independently, managing multiple chats and prioritizing tasks effectively

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and teams
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and website chat functions
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Availability of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
