Job Summary

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving product-related concerns, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This role requires a high level of computer knowledge, as you'll be navigating multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone. Key Responsibilities

* Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
