Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound customer calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting customers with booking flights, changes, and cancellations, as well as resolving any issues that may arise
  • Providing accurate information regarding blithequark's products and services, including flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating records in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Proficiency with computers and basic software applications, including our CRM system
