Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in Puerto Rico, offering a unique chance to work with a dynamic team from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. While experience is not necessary, data entry experience is a plus. Here are the essential qualifications we're looking for:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Type 40-50 plus WPM

Essential Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40-50 WPM

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Familiarity with the legal industry and process
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access and other database management systems
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
