Key Responsibilities of our Customer Service & Sales Assistant

As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Directly engaging with potential and existing customers within the assigned area, all while promoting our clients' products and services
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized support
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals consistently
  • Managing client account details, including contracts, billing, and service agreements
  • Assisting clients with onboarding, account setup, and training on our products/services
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services or products
  • Troubleshooting any client complaints or concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution

Qualifications for our Customer Service & Sales Assistant

We're looking for a talented individual with a passion for helping others and driving sales. Your qualifications should include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in either a customer service or sales role (or a related field)
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, sales, or customer service position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
