Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via live chat, email, and electronic message boards. You'll work closely with our chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries, ensuring a seamless shopping and support experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer messages and queries via live chat, email, and electronic message boards

  • Provide timely and effective support, resolving customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with our chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries
  • Participate in comprehensive training to ensure you're well-equipped to handle customer interactions and common questions
  • Work independently, following instructions carefully and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Utilize a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop), with reliable internet connectivity

Daily Tasks

* Log into the arenaflex chat application, responding to customer messages and queries

  • Assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting
  • Provide clear and concise solutions to customer issues
  • Escalate complex customer queries to our chat supervisor as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

Training and Support

* Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you're well-equipped to handle customer interactions and common questions

  • A chat supervisor will be available to assist with any complex customer queries
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you grow and develop in your role

Specifications

* Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Requirements:

+ Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Ability to work independently, following instructions carefully + Reliable internet connectivity

  • Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
  • Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in the United States
