Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry
Qualifications
To be successful as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and a preference for 40 WPM or above
Requirements
In addition to the qualifications listed above, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Able to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
- Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
