Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to assist customers with a variety of needs.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are aligned with arenaflex's standards for service excellence.
  • Participating in ongoing training to stay current on product updates and best customer service practices.
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
