The Role
As an Experienced Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team
- Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information
- Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
- Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
- Proficiency in claims management systems or similar software
- Knowledge of data entry best practices and quality control procedures
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or data entry (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES))
