Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive assistance to callers regarding benefit programs, including: + Answering questions and addressing concerns related to our benefit programs + Supporting members in filing claims and setting up direct deposits + Updating and maintaining member demographic information + Capturing and advising on plan elections + Conducting provider searches and enrolling dependents + Acting as a liaison for escalated issues

• Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of member inquiries
• Maintain detailed call logs to track interactions and ensure quality service delivery
• Participate in outreach campaigns to engage with members and promote our benefit programs
• Collaborate with account specialists to address pending eligibility issues and ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English
