Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll resolve travel-related concerns, offer guidance on our policies and travel programs, and address billing issues. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
