Responsibilities
As an Experienced Online Community Moderator – Forum Chats and Customer Support, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring forum threads and enforcing community guidelines to maintain a positive and respectful environment
- Facilitating discussions and providing support to community members through live chat and other online channels
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
- Providing exceptional customer support to our valued customers through live chat and other online channels
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online community management and customer support
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
