About The Role (Job Purpose) Nscale is seeking a high-output treasury professional to support execution of projectbased financing and debt capital markets transactions with primary responsibility for the Americas region. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a larger deal execution role over time. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) What you will own

• Support transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination
• Build and maintain transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, covenant sensitivity, and downside cases
• Evaluate key financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and covenant frameworks
• Coordinate closely with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development teams to ensure transaction assumptions and deliverables are aligned
• Update and prepare a financing pipeline view across projects, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies.
• Support post-close handoff into covenant compliance and bank reporting

About You (Skills / Qualifications)

• 5–10 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, corporate finance, or structured finance
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through
