Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Advisory Technical Architect to join our team, responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to project teams. As a key member of our IT organization, you'll play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our company, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, secure, and meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with arenaflex's technical vision and strategy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications, leveraging microservices architecture and containerization
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it's accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all stakeholders
• Conduct technical reviews and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within arenaflex
• Lead the development of technical roadmaps, ensuring that they're aligned with business objectives and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based applications and microservices architecture
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS and OpenShift (Kubernetes)
• Experience with containerization, orchestration, and service mesh technologies
• Strong knowledge of API design, development, and security
• Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based applications and microservices architecture
• Experience with business rules engines and business process management frameworks
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and encryption
• Experience with cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools and technologies, including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
