Core Responsibilities – What Your Day Looks Like

As a Customer Account Representative at arenaflex, you are the face of the brand, delivering “white‑glove” service that leaves a lasting impression. Your responsibilities blend customer interaction, logistics, and merchandising to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience.

Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet customers warmly in‑store and over the phone, cultivating a servant‑heart mindset that anticipates needs before they’re voiced.
  • Provide expert product knowledge, guiding shoppers to the items that best fit their lifestyles and budgets.
  • Secure new rental orders on the sales floor and via inbound/outbound calls, consistently meeting or exceeding daily sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the arenaflex system, ensuring all transactions are documented with precision.
  • Resolve inquiries, concerns, or complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a solution‑focused approach.

Delivery, Pickup & Installation

  • Safely load, transport, and unload merchandise using company‑provided vehicles, adhering to all transportation and handling guidelines.
  • Perform on‑site product assembly and installation, guaranteeing that every item functions perfectly for the customer.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, keep company vehicles clean, and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Follow all safety protocols, wearing appropriate PPE and maintaining a hazard‑free environment.

Merchandising & Store Presentation

  • Keep the showroom tidy, dust‑free, and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages sales.
  • Refurbish floor‑model items to “like‑new” condition, ensuring customers can experience the highest quality standards.
  • Arrange product displays to highlight promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal trends.

Essential Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Driving Eligibility: Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record; you will operate arenaflex delivery vehicles daily.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift, move, and carry furniture, electronics, and appliances (often 50 lb+), and to perform repetitive motions such as bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing.
