Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist I to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist I at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily activities for the account assigned to you, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborating with customers to schedule and repair equipment in a timely fashion, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
  • Managing the cost of each repair through an estimate process, audit process, and approval process from the customer and/or Fleet Manager
  • Coordinating and following up on each event scheduled or unscheduled, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Maintaining the audit process to ensure the accuracy of invoices and PM forms from vendors
  • Processing repairs based on the review of PM forms from vendors and approval from customers and Fleet Manager
  • Performing other duties and projects as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and high volumes of events with ease and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Degree in a related discipline, such as business, communications, or customer service
  • Experience in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care experiences
