Job Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
- Thoroughly reviewing loan applications through various software systems
- Assessing candidate qualifications for loans
- Creating and updating records
- Identifying client needs and exploring available options
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to remain calm and respectful under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
* 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in web and cloud-based applications
